If the tables are THAT loose with 7-8 people seeing the flop and 5 people seeing the river, you just have to play hands that play better multiway. Pocket pairs, suited broadways, suited connectors. These games should be really easy to make money from. Still raise preflop with your JJ and QQ hands, but if there are like 10 people to the flop you are pretty much hoping to make a monster hand. Your overpair will hold up once in a while but not as often, you have to really pay attention to the board texture.

IMO offsuit hands AJo or even AQo are pretty marginal in these types of games, as one pair type hands are not going to hold up often enough. You want hands that are going to be able win big pots.

EDIT: Your VPIP should be in the low-mid 20's you should be playing every pocket pair, every suited broadway and every suited connector at least 78s or above.

EDIT2: Play any suited ace and probably any suited king as long as you're sure it'll be multiway. Man I just got a boner.
