After 3 days of head-up play I've identified these as signs you're playing against a weak HU opponent:

1) Limps in from button
2) Plays the same cards from the button and BB
3) Plays the same style from the button and BB
4) Folds the river to much
5) Folds the flop too often
6) Makes hopeless bluffs on the river
