Re: Foxwoods 10-20 vs. 20-40
No payroll and doughnuts.
Pizza Nick is probably a small winner in the game. |

Re: Foxwoods 10-20 vs. 20-40
I think that it is always a good idea to work to improve your game so that you can be a meaningful winner at a high a limit that you can. If you do well at 9/18 but struggle at 20/40 try to figure out (hand posts too) what you need to improve on to beat the game.
There's plenty of 2+2'ers in the LA area that if you get to know them might help you. |

Re: Foxwoods 10-20 vs. 20-40
thanks, due to my newness on this forum I have not personally hooked up with any 2+2ers in LA though I very much look forward to it. As a whole, the regular 2+2ers are amongst the most knowledgable poker players that I have come into contact withhttp://forumserver.twoplustwo.co...cons/laugh.gif

Re: Foxwoods 10-20 vs. 20-40
The play in the 20-40 is not better, however its much more aggressive, you will now encounter the occasional semi-bluff raises on the turn; unheard of in the 10-20 game at FW. Another big difference is the douchebag factor. You will encounter more whining and crying and more misbehavior in this game compared to the 10-20.

I will agree with you on one count, the whining by several of the players is much worse. But the mediocre 20 players are better then the better 10 players.
