[/ QUOTE ] agree that it's an easy-nonfold preflop. i seriously considered raising myself (ISCRM?), but was running (read - playing) poorly and wasn't thinking clearly (as evident in my play) i also thought about capping it myself preflop and decided in that case it was better to hang out in the middle of the maniacs...

[/ QUOTE ] So perhaps I'm wrong. Why call 2 bets (likely to become 3) preflop on a 98suited? What are the odds of hitting a strong enough draw on the flop that it's worth putting in 2 to 3 bets?
