this play works well at 3/6 where every1 plays very abc.

In 10/20, you will be good most of the time with this river call. Donked Q is pretty likely, maybe missed broadway draw. In 3/6, you may be in serious trouble on the river. Lots of players will play a weak ace or Q9 this way and it's less likely they are trying to get you off of your hand than it is in 10/20.

Call anyway, but don't even think about raising the river.
