KQ and KJ seem possible. Does this guy not pay off river bets with hands worse than yours? I would think any king, QQ, JJ call here some of the time.

"What type of hands are he check/calling the turn with that he's again going to check/call the river?"

5 handed? QQ, JJ, a T, a K he caught on the river, some other hands.

I have never played against Lakerman, but, if I pretend the CO is a solid opponent I would bet TQ here and nothing worse.

I hope villain has: 88 or TJ. i dont know if he would call with 88 though and i would only bet TQ if I knew how to handle a checkraise properly.

I'd almost rather bet KQ than A8 because he's pretty unlikely to check an A on both the turn and river unless it's really weak, and with KQ one of the hands that makes a lot of sense, KK, is 3 times less likely, and QQ is 2 times less likely. KQ also blocks part of QJ

seems like there's enough draw on the board on the turn for you to have an easy turn semibluff bet which can justify you deciding to fire two barrels. I see what you're saying though. if the river was a blank or paired the board low then I think you have a bet.

His turncheck looks like he is check-raising or have decided that you arenīt going to fold and is worried that you may raise, meaning QJ and XXs are pretty likely, perhaps 87(8X) or such, but not sure that pays off on the river.
Itīs posible that he have checked JJ-KK aswell. I think he will call QQ-JJ. Would he call Tx or worse ?

Think it depends alot on whether you know what to do if CRed aswell.
If I didnīt want to fold to a raise, then I could check-through Ax.
I think you may be able to fold to it though, if you normally dont make many "big" folds.

I havenīt played the limit or the guy, so take it as you like.

My initial thought was Ax since I assume he's a very strong player.

i bet/call here with any Ace, or if you had it, JJ or QQ but folding to a raise with those...

If I was still here with a King but no Ace I'm checking.. and the cards are high enough to split any weak ace we both share. (I'm presuming you didn't call the flop with some Ten...)
