Not fair. I cant see the results without spoiling the poll cause I recently moved to 600NL but I am still interesting in SSNL. I will vote for blinds 4$ then

Over the last 2 months I moved .25NL to .50NL. I'm winning, but at a much lower rate. At .25NL I was winning about 10 PT BBs/100 after 20K hands, but now at .50NL I'm hovering at about 3 or 4 PT BBs/100 after 11K hands.

Anybody experience this kind of problem moving up limits, or maybe just this limit?

I'm 4 tabling, 4 hrs/session, TAGish.

Why is anybody questioning the 92% winrate of 2+2ers over the last two months? This forum is comprised of people who, simply by reading and posting here, are studying the game far more than most of their opponents.

You (we) should be beating the non-studying majority.

Because a loosing steak (be it bad play or running bad) can "easily" wipe out lots of winnings. I played 21000 hands of poker in august and I'm only up $77.

Anyone playing at stars? the game seems to be extremely tight there. People rarely calls raises, and don't follow too far with marginal hands

I'm playing stars right now, and I just cleaned out two players with unimproved KK, so not at my table. However...

Stars at night > Stars during the day

1 person (theoretically) has voted that he is WEAK, but that he turns a profit. lol. Look at the disparity in votes. He must have sucked out a LOT over the last 2 months.

I seriously doubt that 92% of us are turning a profit.

I also doubt that while 70% of the people classify themselves as TAGs, they are in actuality TAG players.

This comes mainly from my experience reading the microlimit/small stakes limit forums, where although players may think they are TAG, lots of players are too rockish preflop, too weak postflop, slightly loose preflop, hyperaggressive postflop, or call down too much.

I for one, know that I am uber-weak at NL (I frequently see monsters), and probably too tight preflop (15% VPIP at fullring) which probably classifies me as a rock. I'm still learning, though =D.

I play at Stars.
Their games are fine.
There are less LAGs at Stars than Party 6Max tables.
