This sounds pretty silly, but if you are form somewhere witha small population you could easily give them bogus ID. They are an offshore company who only really wants to make sure you are real.

Lots of players here follow the T&C's of the site and feel little sympathy for those that don't. I feel a teeny bit of sympathy, myself actually.

Underage players as a whole create a lot of heat for those who are not. They're the fodder for articles in your local paper, spotlights on afternoon talk shows about the scary evils of online poker, etc.

This creates rationale and/or cover for elected representatives to further crank on online poker sites.
