Villian's stats do not suggest that he is the type to be that he is raising that light. I would eliminate 108 as a possiblity.

I agree river raise sucks a lot more than the turn check.

Most of the time I bet turn, but I hate getting c/r twice. Either way, b/f turn and call river, not raise. If he is bluffing raising has no point because you are only called when you're wrong.
