The fact that Cartman sweated a 2500 hand session, as well as the fact that you have 50k hands at 3/6 short makes me think you play 4 or even more tables. If you really are new to shorthanded, I think nothing could help you more than cutting back on tables. I've played over 100k hands of shorthanded and I still cut back when I'm running bad, and I almost always notice a marked increase when I drop below 4 tables - it really can do nothing but help if you're struggling. Once you start feeling confident again and showing a consistent profit, go ahead and ramp back up.
