I do not think that LC posts, marked or unmarked, should be locked (bad beat posts, maybe). Sure people can search the archives for tons of posts with content relating to their situation. I'm sure anyone of us could. But this is where the newbies go and I think the "bad stuff" that gets posted has some fundamental advice that could be useful to anyone lurking.

I wish we had a "Retro" thread similar to the one in MH.. don't know who has browsed this forum long enough to know where all the good content is. Maybe it could be added to the FAQ/stickie.
