PS did you see Ivanchuk game today? Why did Illescas resign, the position had plenty of fight and seemed very defensible - I looked at it for 5 minutes and couldn't find any strong forced continuations for Ivanchuk. Was Illescas dumb enough to flag with a 30 second increment??

[/ QUOTE ]

Strange, I just looked at it. Odd that Illescas made the last move and then lost. Maybe he did flag.

When I get finished with the walker and all, I am going to start back on my diet & exercise plan, it worked for the first 70+ pounds, now I have about 85 lbs more to go.

Why wait? Do dumbbell curls and wrist curls and shoulder presses from your chair. Get a couple handgrippers and become a strength monster even while your legs are recovering.

Sort of in line with the, Why Wait Till Tomorrow to Live? theme.

Hey Steve,

I'm in your age range and can relate to the way you're feeling, but you have caught some pretty harsh breaks. I hope things turn around and you start noticing some improvements.

Meditation and relaxation techniques have made a difference in my life as well. I know that when I focus on some idea about how things should be different it tends to depress me.

best wishes,

raisins

Yes. Someone else (at least I think it was someone else) had this one before, and when they got rid of it, I couldn't find it anywhere. Good job Suited.

LOL I thought you were talking about me. I changed mine again to. Actually I think I have changed it 3 times since I came back. I had the United States with the gay flag and the 11 states in black that had voted the marriage amendment to their state constitution last November. Then I changed it again. I thought everyone here knows I am gay, why the [censored] do I need a gay flag avatar too? So now I have Superheros doing arobics or some gay [censored] like that.

Steve-

I am 32 and feel the same way as you, except I have a daughter which helps focus my life off of the negative and on to her which is very super-uber-positive.

I am about to be 31 I have a great job now, for Mississippi Standards anyway

I would love to have a child. My friend Pinky wants to be the birth mother of my child. I want to have a partner(male) first and foremost before I have a child. Secondly, I do not want to be living in Mississippi when I have a child. I do not want to have my child judged and ridiculed because of the choices that I have made for my life. I am not niave, I know that he or she will face that pretty much anywhere in the United States, but MIssissippi has to be one of the most backwards thinking states in the union by a large margin.

You can't change the past but you can control what happens today and tomorrow and the day after. Set goals, pursue them and work on making good choices.

I'm 42. What I have found is that life keeps knocking you back. If you are working to get ahead you at least stay even and often make some headway but if you are standing still you just get dragged down.

What is this with bumping BigSteve's old posts today? Has the forum been hacked by ninja bumpers?

Only two things to do:

Move up in limits and multi-table
