Posting blind here:

Will defend blind very loosely. Capable of betting scare cards with nothing. Calls down too much (?)

The question mark is to keep an eye on him. Since this was a blind defense, it may not be representative of general play.

*Edited because I missed the flush draw*

"Dumbass who calls raises in the BB with trash, goes to the river on a draw, and then donkbets on a scare card."

Other than the preflop call, I think villain played this hand pretty well.

Wait, which part of his hand was good? The passive c/c with a flush draw on the flop and turn (w/o proper pot odds), or the desperate bluff with 4 high on the river?

I'd make a mental note of the donkbet bluff, and that's about it.

What's wrong with preflop?

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 66.6311 % 66.32% 00.31% { 88+, A9s+, KTs+, QJs, ATo+, KJo+ }
Hand 2: 33.3689 % 33.06% 00.31% { 43s }

Well, the defence isn't so bad (right idea, but wrong to do it HU here). I play the flop and turn the same way. River bluff is meh, but if he couold have a good read on hero.
