Those towns in New Jersey ARE really REALLY nice. All of the local athletes eventually settle in the rich areas of Jersey.

i call shenanigans. two of the top 5 cities are in new jersey (!), and #5 is louisville, co, which is most certainly not that good.

/didn't read their criteria, so this post is likely 100% retarded

People who knock NJ don't know what they are talking about and are probably only basing their opinions on driving through I-95. Yeah, the turnpike is ugly and smells like [censored], but that is only a very small part of the state. Do you think the people dropping millions on homes in NJ are living next to garbage dumps?

Coming home from Atlantic City Heading south towards DC, I took the "back way" on whatever the hell road that was, and it was absolutely beautiful. Nice farms, ranches, etc. I saw more farmland than I have living in south carolina for 6 years.

At least, that's what CNN tells me.

Eat it East Cobb.

Mill Valley. Two towns in NJ.

Bwahahahahahahahaha.

Go to highest median income towns. I'd like to point out that Bukkake grew up in Saratoga CA. Mike, can you stake me?

eh, i'm not 100% serious. it's just fun to jump on the bandwagon and give nj a hard time

that said, a friend of mine lived in guttenburg (sp?) for a while, and it was incredibly convenient for getting to manhattan...probably more so than most of the boroughs. also, from what i understand it was relatively cheap. wouldn't be a bad place to live if it wasn't in jersey

Judging from this article, the state of Illinois is nothing but golf courses.

Lucky bastards. I left there for Great American Town #9 10 years ago. Golf is more expensive and less available here. I miss Cog Hill.
