actually...it has possibilities.

my birthday is oct 29 and my GF is already making sure she has that weekend off work.
we haven't decided where we are going yet.

nov 4 might make sense for a birthday trip although it would be somewhat belated.

unfortunately, I suspect bringing one's GF on such a trip is generally considered incorrect and would bring about massive shunning from the 2+2 contingent.


We probably will decide to head somewhere else anyway...but Vegas does have a chance.
