Glad to see this thread has quickly derailed into a New York eats argument. I'd be disappointed if it were otherwise.

~60% that I'll be there. iGlobalMedia (Party Gaming) & Cirrus Casino are both screwing with a substantial portion of my money (a little over $8,000 between them). If I can get at least one of these monkeys to pony up some money, count me in for sure.

I strongly disagree. I have NEVER heard anyone praise the food apart from the cheesecake. How can the food then be considered overrated?

[/ QUOTE ]

I used to live 10 blocks from Juniors, on Atlantic & Dekalb. People were always raving about it's authentic soul food, I found it to be average diner food at best with pretty decent cheese cake.

Juniors is a must-do stop on the political trail for all presidential candidates, just like Katz's Deli. I think thats where it got its reputation from more than anything else.

Why do we always go back to food in NYC? Its so funny...

Grrr...

I'm only like 10% to go now. Business opportunity came up and I need to be in town the week after Bunkfest. I'm most likely not going to go if I can't stay in NY for at least 5 days.

They have cheese fries, floats made out of grape soda, and triple cheeseburgers.

Damn, between the heartburn, gas and diarhea, how are we gonna get any cards in? Ah, what the hell. I'm in.

This sounds so awesome. I'm in. I'm going for the trifecta:

BunkFest tournament winner
rmarotti's roommate competition against pjn winner
New York stripper

The Party Gaming thing is affiliate related (basically, they have stopped answering emails after I inquired why my payment is late) and Cirrus Casino is give me a circlejerk, though I think I'll eventually see my money from them, but it's gonna take awhile.
