If he is VPIP of 28, I'm betting that he is an "any ace" kind of guy. Charge him. Checking the turn only will allow him to catch on you.

I just want to point out to everyone who says inducing a bluff should be followed by a river raise, what sort of bluff is calling that raise? What's the value in the bet?

Don't get me wrong, I don't agree with the line Hero took here.

Why not? I raised it to isolate the preflop limper from the rest of the field. Or does a hand need to have substandard raising value for it to be defined an 'isolation' raise?

You may have intended to isolate this dude, but AJo is typically a raise for value. If it happens to isolate a weak limper too, fine.
