Do healthy things that will make u feel better and that u can feel good about doing. also dont know how possible it is for your situation but do not talk to her. the only way to move on is not have her in your life, so get your closure and be done with it, it hurts man, breaking up with a girl that is important to you is the worst.in the future dont date restaurant hos also

Buy and accoustic guitar, write sappy love poems. Don't wash your hair, pick up some dashboard and cry yourself to sleep every night.

I'll save you the glorious details and just let the suggestions roll in. Obvious answers like "stick it in her pooper", "get drunk then call her", "let the coast guard handle it", "see how many 5 year olds she can handle", and "kill yourself" will be well entertained, but probably not implemented...although I must say I've tried the drunk part and it doesn't work...If the various video's and shots of Keyra's ass are worth anything to you OOT, give me something back...

Go out on some dates and have some fun. Look around there are tons of pretty women just waiting to be asked out. Get to work.

Don't get serious with them while on the rebound and don't talk to them about your ex. Look forward not back.

First of all, try to date outside the work pool! When you break up, you have to see that person everyday which makes it that more difficult to get over them.

Ah, I meant mine in the sense that I'm a regular there, not that I work with her. But yea, tonight there's a party for a friend, and of course we're all going there...fun times to be had...
