I appreciate what you're saying, but if you read my original reply, the fact that I am not void of emotion away from the table is implicit in the statement.

The point of the post was how do 2 different pathways to an identical result feel. My point is simply that if you approach things rationally, the results should *feel* identical, assuming you judge your play in each case identically.

The emotional satisfaction you get after a session should come from making proper decisions, not from results and most certainly not from the minutiae of how those results were reached.
