I had two pretty bad ones in one day actually...
Hand 1: I have JJ in a 50/5 tourny and raise preflop and get called by a guy...flop is J K X...i bet out, he pushes, i call and he flips over AK...he hits A A on the turn and river after we went all in...

Hand 2: I was playing some NL and had AA and there was a preflop raising war and two of us ended up all in and he flipped over the other AA...he hit four to his flush and took my stack...

worst beat possible is runner-runner perfect-perfect which i took at 10hand NL when my KK lost to KJ on a flop of KJ2!

I think the beat is just all the better since the guy capped it preflop.

Worst beat I've ever heard of is still when GoT lost with QQ on a Q44 flop, with both of his two opponents holding KK. So they were both drawing perfect-perfect for a chop.
