Hmm, I'm only familiar with the first three. They're what are available in your bog standard Beligian suburban supermarket and pub. The last one sounds like some kind of special issue super-expensive brand so I'm not sure it counts.

I was in Maidstone, Kent for business a couple years back. I found an interestingly named beer there called "The Bishop's Finger (Formerly Known as the Nun's Delight)."

It comes in a 33cl standard botlle like the rest of them. The taste is very similar to Radieuse. They both have appr. 8.4% ABV. Both I can get in quite a few supermarkets here in Denmark.
