ok, i will be back monday and i will explain how we can easily handle the tax thing that a few have mentioned and also easily handle the contract.

cliff notes:

1. if you are willing to give your real name, your percentage will be spelled out in a contract that i will have my lawyer draw up at my cost. if you don't want on the contract then we have to figure out a plan B and treat you like a brit or other non-US resident.

2. for those that live overseas, i will take care of the taxes on your win if any and you will get a net share like a US investor

3. everyone, whether it is through me or through themselves, are responsible for their own taxes

4. i am honored and will play the best poker i am capable of. i LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that it is 5k me, 5k ZOO. i got some great partners!! you guys are amazing.

I checked the original thread briefly yesterday and granny had turned down the offer.
Then I got caught up in other forum stuff of far less importance.
Now I see that things have obviously changed since then.


I skimmed through the original thread and I think I determined that we are just pledging the money currently and aren't transferring anything yet. Is that correct?
