I'm going to try this starting today. I hope it will help establish and re-inforce a good decision making process. I know it won't help with the logic, but I'm trying to work on the process. You know, the old 5 P's: Proper Preparation Prevents Piss-Poor Performance. I think simple tools like that can be very effective. If this works you'll get your usual commission check.
