In what way do you think it's a distraction? I've thought about this but haven't made up my mind. Rather than a distraction, I think it causes me to sometimes play too much and for too long. I still do bonuses, but at a slower pace then before.

NEVER (as of now anyhow.)
It doesnt matter what limit you play. Why? because the bonus is deducted from your MGR. Rakeback is a % of MGR. Therefore a bonus = 100% of your MGR which is more +EV than a 25% of MGR rakeback.
