this can be player dependent on who the raiser is. you could still have the best hand...say you limped here in EP, and someone bet into you on the flop and you held AQ. wouldnt you raise here? what if the initial bettor would bet bottom pair here, some do even with an A showing though it's rarer, and you know the 2nd guy may try and protect his Ax with a raise here also...

im not always quick to fold for 2 bets. i think it's player dependent...

Well, yes, of course "it depends" [img]/forums/images/icons/grin.gif[/img] , but more often then not I guess itīs correct to fold that pair without a decent draw.

With 5 people in to see the flop for a Big Bet each you have to try to cut the field down by raising, if someone has a low or medium pair you dont want to give them a cheap card so that they may draw out trips on you, or your weak ace may make 2 pair, you should make them pay for this chance. Raise...... take the pot ASAP [img]/forums/images/icons/cool.gif[/img]
