there's nothing against the rules about this.

I could write to empire right now and ask, "regarding your Tuesday bonus. If I deposit to get the bonus how long do I have to wait to cash-out?" I would likely be told that there is a 4 or 8-hour wait period before I'm allowed to cash-out (at least I think that's what it is).


If they have a problem with cashing-out before clearing the bonus then make a rule about that to prohibit such cash-outs.
The bonuses have an expiration date...so you HAVE to play anyway or else you lose the bonus anyway.
