If you have Pokertracker, review some hands. Pick a work area and then focus on that. |

Yeah, that's pretty much what that book is about. About the "plateau's" you reach along the way, and getting out of ruts. The different types of personalities in relation to "success." That sort of thing. Definitely worth reading.
