Ordered mine too. In an event of pure serendipity, yesterday I received an email from Amazon awarding me a $25 gift certificate as a reward for buying a pair of Shure earphones in February. I wasn't even aware of the promotion at the time. I have to use the cert. by June 9, and it covers exactly the cost of the Greenstein tome. Serendipity, I tell you.

It has been my experience that the release date is seldom correct. Plus even if the release date was correct and you ordered it through amazon what makes you think their shipping is fast? If you take their "free" shipping you might be waiting anywhere from 2-4 weeks for delivery.

I would definately pay for 1-2 day shipping if I was assured to have it before leaving for Vegas. Although, it would be a shame to pay the $12 or so in shipping costs, and not have it arrive in time anyway. Ahh, what to do... 'Stosh

I think the cover is very good. Very "stylish". Matter of personal preference, I believe. Who created that cover anyway?
