why is all the good poker books on just english?

russia have some really good players..but i think its not near the popularity it is in the us..

i hear that it is becoming quite popular. i read about many tournaments being arranged there.
i don't know about china, but they are big on gambling and games in general. if 0.01% of the population take up internet poker, the size of the online poker industry will more than double. publishing books might be a good way to promote poker there as well.
