Seeing as you didn't contest my assertion in the OOT thread that I am the best paintball player on 2+2, I will take you on in that event.

How about Chinese Poker? Would there be any viable way to set up a tournament for this? I doubt it w/ 2-4 scoring which is all I know.

3-2-1 would be cool too. It's like Anaconda Hi/Lo with a twist. There is no betting before you make your final hand. After passing 3 cards, then 2 cards, then 1 card, you lay out the 5 cards you're playing face down and discard the other 2. Each card is turned over one at a time and a round of betting follows. After the 4th round of betting everyone takes 2 chips from their stack (you can just show fingers too if you're all in). Dealer goes "3, 2, 1" and then the players still in the hand show 1 chip if you're playing as a low hand, and 2 chips if you're playing as a high hand. Finally, turn over the 5th and final card, and split the pot accordingly.

Increasing betting limits each row.
Bet or get out, rotating
Low card in the last card's suit gets half the pot.
Use two from your hand, and 3 from the board. One card from each of 3 of the 4 rows.
