You should also stare down your opponent (minimum 2 full steamboats [1-steamboat 2-steamboat]) between the call and raise.

in all seriousness, i like the way they do it on the wpt. it's like they have been instructed to do so....

Call call.....Daniel N declares "Raise" he puts in the BB, then puts in some chips, "300 more" (300k more)

state: RAISE

I prefer the 2 stack method also (second stack representing the value of the raise).

Hopefully the dealer and/or other players will assist in the math department so that you can reduce your tells.
