I said 'he can't read' because it's obvious that CS did NOT call him an ass....they even tried to explain that it wasn't CS who said that....and he seems to have totally missed it.

This, of course, is based on the assumption that the conversation that was posted is indeed accurate. But I haven't seen him dispute the conversation as was posted so I would have to guess that it is correct.

I'm not sure it is "obvious"... it's a bad idea IMO to conduct official support in a public IRC channel where other people can randomly interject. How is the customer supposed to know the difference between actual support personell and random hecklers?

Imagine if Dell let random yahoos listen in on support calls and say whatever they wanted to people that called in for help.

But I think all of us who read the transcript were able to figure out what was going on. So it's at least kinda/sorta obvious for many of us.

Maybe I'm being too tough on this guy.

For what it's worth, PSO has been the nicest/most professional/best site I've ever dealt with in the realm of internet poker. This is just unfounded slander from a moron.
