In order to play 'Live at the Bike', do you just show up and put your name on the list? I'm interested in playing next week sometime and would like to know more details such as if there's any formalities involved and whatnot... thanks.

Yep, they usually open that particular table a couple of hours before broadcast, and you also do need to sign a release since you'll be broadcast.
