I remember installing some software once and then looking at how the tables were. I started observing a table, and wasn't I surprised when the flop came down with a bunch of cards straight out of a Lucky Charms cereal box. I guess the four color deck was the default. I think it was Planet Poker. Crummy, yes, but still not as bad as the no-note taking, no-multitabling, and often no-staying connected of Pacific.

Poker Stars has by far the best software. It's easy to find options, get account information, etc. You know what you get at Pacific on the "Options" popup? A single box that you can check with the words "Play Sounds" next to it. That's it. And it's been like this how long?

Can there even be any question who takes this award?
