This happened to me at Kings just as I was clearing my deposit last night. I was at 300+ with 2000 hands to play. I woke up to find my acoount locked. I emailed them.

Greetings to ye XXXXX.

Thanks for your message.

I'm afraid that your account has been locked, so I will have to forward this onto a supervisor so that they can respond...

The next supervisor on shift will respond to you, but this could take up to 12 hours I'm afraid.

This is very troubling. I had screwed up a password on cooks and they immediately reactivated my account when I emailed them. Not so this time with kings and I don't think I screwed anything up. All I can think of is that I cashed out both Classic and Cooks last night. I bet their whore alert went off. I gambled my money aqainst theirs. They lost. They offer a deal that is mathematically bad for them and get mad when people beat them? Can they really refuse to give me my money back? I will start a major sh[/i]it storm if I don't get my money.

[/ QUOTE ]

You know, this attitude is stupid. How could you act in such a way? Why would you cashout so quickly with two accounts at the same time? Just wait a few days, and cash out in one acount and then wait a few more days or a week and cash out in the other. Be cool about it. You should even give them some action, say $100 or $200 worth on the crap tables or whatever and give up about $1.14 in expectation. Besisdes, as another poster said somewhere else, there are some great follow up bonuses if you give them a little action and you don't come off like you're trying to abuse the bonus system.

What everyone has got to realize is that these people aren't stupid and they're going to cut off the gravy train if you don't use your brains.

Yea, you have the best of it but so what? Why be greedy and impatient and raise a bunch of red flags when all you have to do is be a mensch about the thing? Play it smart and maybe these situations will get better instead of drying up and you won't run into these kinds of problems.

It's upsetting when you wake up to find out a casino may not pay you almost $600! I have no interest in killing any sacred cows but $600 is $600.

The reason I cashed out was I was afraid they were changing their terms and that they would take effect today. I did my cashouts just prior to midnight. I didn't want to cashout at a later date only to be told that I have to play through even more hands. I actually played a few hands of roulette before cashing out of one of them and on the other I busted out of my bonus account in under 100 deals, so I figured why would they expect me to keep playing if I was so unlucky there?

Obvioulsy I regret the timing of my cashouts now but I don't think they have any grounds to lock my account or possibly withhold my funds. I gave them my money in good faith and they are now playing games with my account. I have very valid reasons I can give them for wanting my cashouts (from other casinos) if they ever respond to my email.

What they should do if they have any integrity is to give me my cashout and not allow me any reloads until I play some more at their casino. That I would repsect and fully support.

Right now I have serious concerns about how they run their casino (and their financial solvency for that matter) and don't feel any remorse about wanting to just cashout and be done with them forever. Given this stressful experience at this point I doubt I would try a reload at any of the casions on that group.

It's now been 10 hours and I have not heard from the manager....

i have not read all the way through this thread, but cashing out too quickly will NEVER be the reason for being caught with microgaming rooms. if you had waited 2 seconds or 2 days, it would have had no bearing. letting the money sit there to cover whoring is a fallacy. they did not flag you because of the timing so don't feel like you could have avoided it.

the only way to safely whore is to give casinos real play. if you are not willing to do this, then these bannings come with the territory. i just wanted you to know it was not triggered by speed and anyone jumping you for that is misinformed of how these bannings happen.

the best way to get real and regular bonuses is to show loyalty to a group of casinos and the rewards will flow. if this does not interest you, then just understand that the waters can get choppy and be greatful that they give you your depo back.

This has happened to my account too. Weird. I wouldn't worry about it much:

Meh. I just busted out of Casino Kingdom. Hope I can hit the Dx42 and still get some cash out.

Up to ~L300 right now in my bonus account on Cooks, though. Variance is a fickle thing.

just posted this as a seperate thread, but figure it makes sense to add here. so were any of you that had to wait 10 hours promoted to my level?...

just got this horrible message from casinokingdom. was doing captaincooks and casinokingdom both. had signed up and deposited, but not bet at casinoclassic yet. this was my first ever casino. didn't think they had a problem with autoplaying blackjack. i only saw warnings of that here about CON, etc. how should i respond to this? we have limited time to clear these bonuses. why would they assume i'm just in it for $ and not that i'm in a huge rush to clear them, and therefore do fast autoplay?

Hi there Chester,

Thanks for the email.

You have been found to be skimming our promotions and using them for financial gain or a means of income rather then for entertainment purposes. You WILL have your deposits refunded but anything above the deposit amount will be retained by the casino.

I apologise for the inconvenience.

Fair thee well,

Translation: I can't come up with anything good, but I just love this line. So not subtle, but trying so so hard.

Looks like there cracking down on whores. I doubt they'll keep your initial deposit though.

They can't do this when I am most of the way through clearing the conditions. If I had busted out and lost all my money, would they send me the same email and refund me my deposit? No. So they are just doing it if I am beating them. So they are basically saying

"If you lose, good for us, if you win, you can't have it anyway."

Look back at my previous post in this thread about the UTCCR. I am pretty sure that they fall foul of this, and I will be mentioning as much if they are unqilling to pay up.

i'm with you partygirl! i never even got a chance to know if i was going to be up or not. they banned me before i got through the bonus at even one site. i'd only transferred $ from my bonus account to my regular account in captaincooks. the message that i was taking advantage of them was from casinokingdom, where i wasn't even through playing the bonus yet. they hadn't waited long enough to find out if i'm a whore or not. for all they know, maybe i plan on switching to the slots to spend all the $ i made on blackjack once done with the bonus.
