That's why you take naps based on your sleep cycle. The key is waking up after a REM stretch. 45 minutes/hour, 3 hours, and 6 hours are the key numbers IIRC.

You learn in your sleep. If you don't sleep your brain will not be able to dump the info into your long term memory banks. There have been many papers/studies about this. This is why the one phrase that is in every culture and every language on the planet is "I'll sleep on it".

Thatpfunk, you could be performing a lot better. Be careful with that all nighter stuff. Your all nighter abilities won't last long.

Ya, Im wrecking my body. I do it way too many ways.

As far as naps, Im a very very deep sleeper, I can't lay down for more the 15 minutes or im ruined.
