The obvious mistake was of course the missed flop bet on the first hand.
Should I have 3-bet the river on the second hand?

AA. 3bet pre-flop. Flop is A44. Capped flop, capped turn, capped river. Villain shows 44.

Me too. Last night at live 1/2.

I hold 77 in BB.

Flop is 743 and is capped.
Turns a 2 and is capped.
River is a 3 and the rest of my money goes in.
Lady shows 33.
