You seem to fly under the radar at mucks with the 2+2ers.

I still don't know how you've avoided slavic all this time. Though he doesn't come in as often, he'd usually be in your 20 game.

[/ QUOTE ]
I wouldn't be at all surprised if I've played with him and just not known it was him. Given that I don't know his name or what he looks like, I actually have no idea how I would know if I had played with him. Pretty much all of my play is saturday and sunday afternoon/ evening (and the occasional tuesday night when I carpool with people playing the tourney). Does he play then? Always the 20?

This made me laugh pretty good.

I think he also plays the 30 when that's going. He was in the 30-60 with 50-100 overs the other week. With J. James blowing chips out of his rack like they were going out of style. He may as well have been putting those stacks on top of the other players stacks. It was the worst i've ever seen james play. Slavic stopped by my table on a break and told me to 'Get the Hell into that game!!!'

Slavic plays pretty intermitently (sp?) now that he's back in school. I think he gets up there on thursdays though. As that's a prime day up there.

He should play more or risk being seen as a mythical figure only spoken of in hushed tones around mucks. haha. snirk!

This'll make ya feel better. Last night I had KK 4 times, AA once and QQ twice. All within about 2 hours. All cracked. Still came out ahead though. Great game this hold em poker is.

What time were you playing last night? I was there for the first time last night, and was trying to see if i could find the infamous bernie . I wasn't sure if you were on the table or not though. I didn't sit down until a little after 11, so maybe you had already left. I'm planning on heding back tonight, but since you said you're not, i guess I'll miss my chance. C'est la vie.

That explains why I wouldn't have played with him then. I never play weekdays other than Tuesdays, and even Tuesdays I only make rarely. I've never been there on a Thursday. Also, I never play the 30. Too much money for me. Amazing what tens of thousands of dollars in car payments and student loans can do for your finances.

I got done at 10p. I had to leave a great game so I could fill the fridge. I was talking for a while with a young asian kid just outside the cardroom. He was amazed I was leaving that game.

I was on table 7 when I left.

The ring games are excellent on Thursdays, they tend to be very good on Mondays and Tuesdays also along with those tourneys. The weekend games also tend to be nice. The only day that really sucks is Wednesday.

I have a suspicion that I have played with Bobbyi before, but who knows.

Sounds like a plan. I'll probably be at Lil's at least Sunday, if not Saturday as well. If anyone's hitting the area cardrooms Saturday afternoon/evening, please PM me - I may be moving to Seattle soon and want to find out more about the area and win some $$ while I'm at it

I was back again last night. I was going to sit in the 10-20, to see if that game had more action than the 20-40, but they said 'open seat in the 20-40' as soon as I walked up to the board, so I took it. Turned out to be a great decision. About half an hour after I sat down, the "Worst Player in the World" sat immediately to my right. He made the table extremely happy for a few hours, after which he walked out in a huff, down 6 racks. Too bad the deck wasn't hitting me, and most of his money went into other peoples stacks.

Overall, I have to say I liked the room. Very well run, and the people at the game were all really nice, at least the ones I had the chance to talk to. I wish I were in town longer, so I could come in to see if my quad ticket hits .

You gonna have a rental car? If so, I would head to Shoreline. Since there is no legal cardroom in Seattle proper, Shoreline has a bunch. It is anything North of 145th Street on 99-N (Aurora Ave). Off the top of my head I know of: The Hideaway, Parkers, Goldies, Drift on Inn. I think there are a couple more. They are all within a mile or so of eachother

I prefer Drift on Inn, if only because I went there first and the games are always good. They have a 4 person NL tourney on weekends, $50 no rebuy. Starts at 11AM I think, blanking now on the exact time. Call them. Goldies has daily tourneys too, don't know the details.

I would drive up 99 and just try any one, if the games stink, move on to another.

Mucks is good too if you want the full casino experience.
