Highly overrated. If it wasn't a 'documentary', not so many people would be giving it rave reviews.

The British are the fattest nation in Europe. [/ QUOTE ] Its true, we are basically USA #2. Also no offence to anyone but the idea of being obese really makes me feel sick, I don't know how someone can do that to themselves. |

McDonald's just lost their second CEO within a year. Last year, the guy dropped dead of a heart attack at 60. So they replaced him with a guy who was 44 and bragged about eating at McDonalds every day. He just died of colon cancer.

Cmon! Every Meal at McDonalds has way more calories than u need. A big Mac combo has like 2000. That is all some people need in a day. Instead of eating breakfast and dinner, just have a Big Mac combo for lunch and thats it. Once in a blue moon is alright, but wow soooo many calories.

I don't think it is overrated. There hasn't been any other documentaries like this (to my knowledge anyways). When I first heard about it the movie, I thought it was a really dumb idea. But after seeing it, the movie isn't just about fast food and a McDonald's diet, it is about the health of society and how the American lifestyle needs to change.

[ QUOTE ]
What many who watch this movie fail to recognize is that the guy in "Super Size Me" did little exercise and overall lived a very unhealthy lifestyle. [/ QUOTE ] Did you fail to see the part where he was doing a lifestyle of the typical american who eats there regularly? I think it was near the beginning. [ QUOTE ] To blame McDonald's for turning people into fatasses is to blame Marleboro for giving you lung cancer. [/ QUOTE ] True. Same goes for Problem gamblers at cardrooms and casinos. b |
