Did you change your username on party recently, I can't seem to find you in the tourney lobby

t13.5K (avg. is t8.2K). 9 from the money.

Haven't really played many hands.

Finally found AA in the hole. Thought about limping (saw someone double up the hand before by limping with KK), but it's almost always went against me when I limp.

Stole the blinds.

That's okay.

Played at the chipleader's table for a long time (davidfaulk), so had to be careful.

How are the blinds/antes different with each site? PS has 15 min blinds and party seems to as well. Do the Stars blinds start off lower?

Stars go up every 15 minutes as well, but at 100/200 they add 25 antes at the next level rather than raising the blinds to 200/400. So it goes something like 100/200, then 15 mins later 100/200 25 ante, then 200/400 25 ante, etc. Because they add/increment antes the minimum bet sizes/increments stay a little lower and it seems to take longer to be an all in fest.

You also start out with 1500 chips vs 1000, and that alone gives you a little bit longer before you get to a situation where everyone just goes all in all the time, which is what it seems like Party tournaments degenerate too by the 3rd break, especially once hand for hand play starts. Just my .02 though.

Ah ok ty for you're input. The only thing I wish stars would is make it easier to retrieve hands..party's save to hd feature it awesome.

another thing about stars is you can enter satellite and get your money back..im currently trying out a 3+ rebuy tournament to see if i can get a nice 200$ boost to my br.

Playing on my cousin's account.

I was at t15K, when I get 88 on the button. EP shortie raises to 1500, CO with t11K calls. I decide that, in position, it's worth a look. I call.

Flop comes 333. Check, check. Quick look at the tourney lobby, and I see we're two from the money. If I somehow lose maximum chips here, I'll still have 4K, enough to limp into the money.

I bet out t2000. EP folds. CO goes in the tank, and I know he's gonna push on a bluff. He does. I call. He turns over Ace Ten, which is what I expected, but he hits an Ace on the river. Ouch!

Maybe I should have pushed on the flop if I was willing to call for most of my chips. But I wasn't sure I had the best hand until EP folded and CO went in the tank. Oh well...

t5994 now, after a double up with KK. But blinds are 500/1000... just folded TJ UTG as we're one away from the next money level. :/

Oh, my cousin's account is JerryClower. Table #3, but not much life left.

Haw!

I thought Party's levels in MTTs were 20 minutes? No?

And the larger tournaments (200K, Quarter Million, etc) on Party are now starting us out with t1500.

They are 20 minutes for the larger buyins. The smaller buy ins are 15 minute blind levels.
