E-mail them and explain the situation. Most of these things are just done to waste time and mess with you, but Inter is reasonable and though their policy sucks they really aren't trying to screw you.

If you have any bills such as cell phone or auto insurance or whatever that come to your school address, scan it and send it to them.

I have had this problem in the last month because I recently moved and my license doesn't reflect this fact. I was able to get by with utility bills. Something like that should work for you. Just get them something sort of official that was sent to you at the address you have registered with them.
