Enter the 36 is easily the best, followed by Only Built and then Return to the 36.

Nobody has mentioned Ice Cube's "Death Certificate".

If you're like me, and into underground stuff- Atmosphere's "Overcast" and "Lucy Ford" are both fantastic, as well as Company Flow's "Funcrusher Plus".

Nearly everything associated with Dre has been gold, on nearly every level. The production is always conise and sick, the beats are always banging. DMX: Its Dark and Hell is Hot
Note, there are also various albums by Rakim, EPMD,Beastie Boys, and Run DMC that are classics
