I got mine from sit4less where the price for the fully adjustable one is about $900. Once it's adjusted you just don't notice it or any pain/discomfort after sitting. Since I'm in the chair about three or four hours per day it's a bargain, especially given all the money friends and family have spent solving back pain problems. Right now I'm posting from another computer sitting on a typical Office Depot type chair and the difference is enormous.

Apparently they come in various sizes. No matter how hard I tried to adjust the one I had at work it sucked, since it was made for someone much smaller than I am.
