i agree with all your points

but i am not concerned with this "decided" home field advantage stuff, especially when #1 it has been proven through research that homefield advantage in baseball is the leat important of the 4 major sports, and #2 the red sox are better than either team StL "beat up" in the playoffs.

I don't know, I just think a lot of Red Sox fans in 1986 probably felt the same way you do right now. But if you want to talk 2004, lets talk about a certain team that was up 3-0 in a certain series. My point is just that it's way too early to act like this series is over.

If you're really confused...

He's referencing that you can't guarantee 2 out of 3, and Cards in 6. Dat math don't add up.

I still think the Cards will win a couple of games, and we'll see how much smack Boston fans are talking then.

but it's ok to say it's a "fact" they will win at least 2 of 3 in STL?

The series is far from over, for sure. But our foolish dreams have a better chance of coming true than yours.
