i guess i did know that but decided to go against my brain. i played this hand like [censored]...knew it at the time, really know it now, with stacks so short i really didnt need to go with a "feel" read...oh well $180 lesson learned.

If Prop had aces, why would he give you a chance to fold a dominated hand? Prop wants you out of the pot, is how I read it. Is it really +EV for him to knock out a smaller pair/AK, rather than to smooth call and then move in on the flop?

I would have called prop's all-in, secure in the fact that I was way ahead in the side pot, uncertain about UTG.

Actually, I probably would have reraised both these guys all-in. I tend to have little respect for short stacks. Sometimes it costs me, I must admit.
