No you can't. You can only earn bonus dollars with Ultimate Points earned on $.10/$.25 cash tables, or higher. Although you do earn Ultimate Points playing tourneys and SNGs, they do not count toward earning bonus dollars.

Pokerroom lets you work off bonuses by playing tournaments, but it's slower than ring games. If you play a 5+1 tournament or SNG, that's five points to clearing a bonus (which takes a couple hundred points.) For every raked pot larger than $1 (in any limit,) you get $1.

Let me check.... Yup, the site where I can't see the little round images is the site with 9 players per table.

is there any way to change the colors/contrast on pokerstars? this could make it a bit easier to tell what the heck is going on and where the action is. how about having the bet amount displayed automatically next to the bet, and having the pot size displayed next to the pot? i also find it somewhat difficult to tell who is still involved in the hand.

if i could change any of that, i would certainly play there more often.

There is an option for having the bet amount displayed automatically next to the bet, and having the pot size displayed next to the pot.

Go to the "Options" tab and you can block all of the images, add the bet and pot size for easy access, change the cards to a 4-color deck, etc. One big option I highly recommend is to block the advertising of the upcoming tourneys from flashing on the screen - man that's as annoying as the flashing images.

My "Options" setup has a check mark by the following:
Muck losing hands
Animation
Sound
4-color deck
Display Bet Amounts
Block Automatic Tournament Announcements

and it works quite well. Notice "Images" is not included.
