Comps are the same at the Taj and the Borgata -- $2/hr at 10-20 and higher. I was just down in AC for two weekdays and was surprised to find more 10-20 tables on a Monday afternoon at the Borgata. The Borgata had three tables running; the Taj had two.

They must've really f'd up my comps then, because I made $50 for 12 hours of play. Unless the let-it-ride table gave me $25 in comps...which i highly doubt.

The last few times I played pink this spring it was nowhere near what it used to be. Just a normal, passive, overly loose AC game, but in a dirtier room and with a crappy blind structure.

Thanks! That is too difficult to achieve. It will take at least 50 days of play. Their Comp system is ridiculous. They only pay you $2 per hour even you play higher limit. I think Taj pays more. How much comp is needed to earn a Borgata vacation?

Only downside to the Borg that I can say is the noise. They are constantly announcing people over the PA which at times gives me quite a headache :-\

$2/hr is what the Borgata comps $5 blackjack players.
Table gamers get better comps because the house makes more money from them. A $100 BJ player will reach 1k in comps in 25 hours. The poker room rate is usually easy to get. Holiday weekends sometimes more difficult, so plan way ahead.

When you cosider that dumps like Howard Johnsons get 140+/nite, the Borgata poker rate is a bargain.

your right bremen,
When the Borgata is filled, there is usually so much noise its difficult to concentrate on the game...
Its a little better at the taj mahal i think regarding the name announcements...
