You obviously weren't born in Wisconsin. 10 beers in 30 minutes? We call that Tuesday.

LOL! But can you still drink? We'll see come early August...!

I'm a pretty small guy (160lbs) but I had 14 shots in 15 mins last wednesday...i won't and can't comment on the aftermath. More alcohol but a lot less liquid than the beer challenge....still seems doable to me though.

I think the main problem i have with it is putting 120 oz of liquid into your body in 30 minutes.

[/ QUOTE ]

If you told me that some skinny asian guy could eat something like 40-50 hot dogs in ten minutes, I'd find it hard to believe. But, then the highlights would show up on ESPN eventually.

What exactly is that guys record?

First of all, where I come from, if you puke, you lose the bet(same as any 'pro' eating or drinking contest).

Secondly, I have a hard time believing some of the things I'm hearing here. I think some people are exaggerating by a good bit.

That is absolutely ridiculous. People exaggerate about a lot of things, but alcohol consumption is certainly not one of them.

well the post about kobayashi was no exaggeration. he is THE MAN when it comes to hot dog eating contests.

evidently the less fat you have on your body, the more room your stomach has to expand, so the skinny asians are at an advantage.

Milk is a completely different monster. It has something to do with the lactose and how your stomache cannot handle it. A gallon of water in thirty minutes would be quite easy. Ten Heinekens would be just under a gallon, and if you can drink while taking in as few bubbles as possible, then it can be done.

I would think this would be easier than the century club (100 shots of beer in 100 minutes). The problem there is that every shot you take in a lot of foam which builds up until your stomache can't take it anymore.
