i wouldn't dye it. a clipped/shaved haircut might look cool but i'm generally a fan of such things.
you look like you have some mileage, but i wouldn't look at that pic and put you near 40. i'd guess 36 probably.

What would be a good prop bet for losing some weight?
30 pounds in 6 months? - I'm at about 206 and I"d like to get to 170 again... I've never had to lose weight before - don't know how hard it really is, but I suspect the sugary cola is the first to go. RB
