I was hoping he had the Ace and was slowplaying. I never normally bet this amount but I thought I'm last to act and my opponent might even try a bluff himself with no holding if he thought I was weak.

Even if this were 7x pot, I think it's a call. Yes, he'll have the nuts a lot of the time. But he also won't have it a lot of the time. I still maintain it's about 50/50. I don't know, though, I'm starting to feel like I'm completely crazy and it is really 99/1 him having the nuts. Is that true?
